John Stewart’s the Daily Show along with the Colbert Report and Real Time with Bill Maher are crossing the News-Infotainment Divide in the opposite direction – going from infotainment and humor to educating their audiences on some rather subtle aspects of current political events[also note the balance here, Democrats get their fair share of criticism as the Republicans].
